Hello and welcome!
I’m Dr. Radhika Patel — a homeopathic doctor by qualification, a hospital administrator by training, a teacher at heart, and a mother by soul.

My journey toward early childhood learning and parenting education began not in a classroom, but the day my daughter, Kaustuki, was born in November 2020.

Motherhood softened me, challenged me, confused me, strengthened me — and most importantly, transformed me.

It made me realize that parenting doesn’t need perfection.
They need understanding, clarity, and support.

And children don’t need pressure.
They need security, routine, and love.

Education has always been my strength and my passion:

• BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery) – Silver Medalist
• MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) – Gold Medalist

This academic foundation shaped my understanding of:

• child health and hygiene
• human behaviour
• psychology

But motherhood brought a new layer — the emotional depth behind a child’s needs.

👶 Motherhood: My Turning Point

Before becoming a mother, I worked in a successful corporate role in the healthcare field.
Life was busy, structured, and goal-driven.

But after Kaustuki’s birth, my world changed.

Every milestone, every struggle, every tantrum, every small victory taught me more about childhood than any book ever could.

I made mistakes.
I learnt from them.
I read endlessly.
I observed deeply.
I listened — to my child, to myself, to other mothers.

And slowly, my purpose became clear:

**Parents need guidance rooted in real life.

Children need environments rooted in emotional security.**

This inspired me to take the biggest step of my life.

Today, I am proud to be the Founder & Centre Owner of Kidzee, a preschool brand under Zee Learn Ltd., and one of Asia’s largest and most trusted preschool networks.

Kidzee provides a research-driven early childhood curriculum and strong franchise support — enabling me to combine:

• my medical knowledge
• my administrative expertise
• and my experience as a mother

to create a safe, joyful, and emotionally nurturing learning space for young children.
